David Powell, Senior Pastor
As the Senior Pastor David has the primary preaching responsibility and oversees the leadership team.
[learn_more caption=”David’s bio”] David was called to serve as the senior pastor by Crossroad Church in June 2008. Prior to coming to Crossroad Church David served as the Senior Director of Partnership Missions at the North American Mission Board and for more than seven years on the staff of Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. David graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tusculum College in Greenville, Tennessee and he earned a master of divinity degree from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, Tennessee.
He is married to his childhood sweetheart, Sandy; they have three children: Matt who is married to Andrea; Kathryn who is married to Joseph Lenn; and Emily who is a student at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. They have three grandchildren: Ashlyn, Addelyn Kate and Judah.

Becky Frost, Director of Children’s Worship

Becky leads the Crossroad Kidz Worship Ministry.
[learn_more caption=”Becky’s bio”] Becky taught PE K-8th grade at an elementary school in Costa Mesa and Middle School Health and Science. She received her Teaching credential at CSULB. Prior to teaching Becky worked as an LVN nurse for Pacific Care and help create programs for Senior care and the LA Sheriffs Department. Becky also worked for a General Practice doctor. She has traveled the world when she worked as a event Coordinator for a trade show management company in Newport Beach.
Becky grew up in her parents church as a preachers daughter along with her four brothers. She sang in the choir, taught Sunday School and helped out in the nursery. She has a passion working with children and is raising her fourteen year old daughter Alexandra. [/learn_more]
Dave Keach, Director of Facilities

Jeff Lopez, Director of Evangelism
Jeff serves on the preaching team and oversees Evangelism, Hospitality, Men’s, Life Group, and Web Ministries.
[learn_more caption=”Jeff’s bio”] Jeff has been married to Nicole, who he met in their high school youth group, for 19 years and they have two children, Asher (10) and Anna (8). Before Jeff came to Crossroad Church in 2013 he attended and served at a church in Huntington Beach for 24 years.
Jeff currently works as a Fire Battalion Chief with the Huntington Beach Fire Department and has served in the fire service for the last 21 years. Following a personal revival that began in early 2012 Jeff felt led to pursue full-time ministry and is currently attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in pursuit of a master of divinity degree in Christian Ministry. He is passionate about leading men and helping others to find their gladness in God.
Jeff holds an associate’s degree in Fire Technology from Santa Ana College, a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Education from Cal State Long Beach, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from USC.

Nathan Wilson, Director of Youth Ministry
Nathan serves on the preaching team and leads the Junior High and High School ministries.
[learn_more caption=”Nathan’s bio”] Nathan is husband to his amazing wife, Kristy. They have a daughter named Samantha Lee. He graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in accounting, and is currently working on his master of divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Nathan started his secular career working for a Big 4 accounting firm, and he now works in the accounting department of a medical device manufacturer.

Michelle Patino, Administrative Assistant
Michelle serves as the church secretary.
