Can Dry Bones Live?

Can Dry Bones Live?

The prophet Ezekiel was among those exiled to Babylon as three waves of deportation removed the Jews from Jerusalem and ultimately resulted in the fall of Jerusalem in 586 BC. God used Ezekiel to recalibrate the understanding of the Jews as they considered their situation and contemplated their sin that had resulted in such a severe judgment of God.

A message of restoration is given to Ezekiel beginning in chapter 33. A vivid picture is presented in chapter 37 where the question is asked of Ezekiel, “Can these bones live?”
