Jesus tells a parable about a young man who greedily demanded his inheritance from his father and then went and squandered it with total disregard for his loving father.

This story parallels our own life and how we have treated the one who has given us every good gift in our life. Jesus explains about the son’s return home and the outcome of his return to the one he wronged.
